Testimonial from the Chairman of the Bristol Sanitary Authority.

THE ARCHES,

CLEVEDON,

SOMERSET,

27th April, 1898.

T. L. PERKINS, Esq.,

PRINCES STREET.

DEAR MR. PERKINS,

I am sorry that we are likely to lose you, but quite feel that it is your duty to endeavour to obtain a position of more responsibility, and with a salary on a higher scale than we are able to give.

I have had the opportunity since your appointment in 1892 of watching your career, and am pleased to be able to testify to the zeal and energy you have always put into your work.

The list of your work is sufficient evidence of your capacity, and that it has been carried out well Mr. Yabbicom will speak to.

I am,

Dear Mr. Perkins,

Yours faithfully,

C. W. COPE PROCTOR,

Alderman and J.P.,

Chairman of the Bristol Sunitary Committee.
